Initial Session

Your first session, which lasts up to 90 minutes, is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of your situation. Through carefully guided questions, we will:

  • Identify how your problem functions and affects you.
  • Envision the life you want to lead without the problem.
  • Develop a personalised therapeutic strategy to help you achieve your goals.

This collaborative process allows us to create an approach that is tailored specifically to your individual needs.

Should we mutually determine that Cognitive Hypnotherapy is not the right fit for you, there is no obligation to continue. At CooperTransformations, we believe that successful therapy is built on a strong partnership between client and therapist, ensuring that the process feels right and supportive for you.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

At CooperTransformations, our goal is to help you achieve meaningful results in the shortest time possible. Since every client is unique, the duration of therapy varies based on individual needs.

For simpler issues, such as phobias, clients often see significant progress within just 2-3 sessions. For more complex or in-depth concerns, therapy typically spans 4 to 6 sessions or more…

We tailor each treatment plan to ensure it aligns with your specific goals and requirements, providing an efficient and effective path to positive change.

Will I Lose Control?

Hypnotherapy is often misunderstood due to stereotypes portrayed in films and on television. Unlike those depictions, there are no swinging watches or commands like “look into my eyes.”

You remain in full control of your actions at all times. Hypnotherapy involves entering a light trance or deeply relaxed state, during which you are fully aware and able to communicate. You can pause or stop the session at any point if you choose.

You will only share information you feel comfortable disclosing, and not all aspects of therapy require you to close your eyes—sessions are designed to suit your preferences, whether your eyes are open or closed.

Many clients report feeling a deep sense of relaxation and calm during and after a session, with this sensation often lasting for several hours afterward.

The process begins with a comprehensive consultation and assessment, designed to gain a deep understanding of how your issue manifests, alongside a detailed personal history.

From there, we will explore your goals and aspirations, including your vision for the future, to create a clear path toward achieving the outcomes you desire.

Costs & Fees

The initial session is approximately 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions lasting around 60 minutes.

Fees:

  • Single session: £95.00
  • Block of 3 sessions: £240.00 (includes a 90-minute initial session and 2 follow-up sessions of 60 minutes each)
  • Block of 5 sessions: £350.00 (includes a 90-minute initial session and 4 follow-up sessions of 60 minutes each)
